Friday: 

  • PM Boxing ABC's Level 1-Youth 
  • PM Boxing ABC's Level 2-Womens Kick-Boxing
  • PM Adult Self-Defense (Dirty Boxing/Combat Sambo) 
Sunday:
  • AM Grappling for MMA (Prerequisites required) 
  • Open Gym for Elite Training
