🥊 Class Title: 10 Round ABC's of Boxing (All Basics & Conditioning)
Learn the ABC's of Boxing in our signature class focused entirely on mastering the fundamentals and ring craft that separate gym-goers from genuine practitioners. Designed for fitness enthusiasts and beginners, this class utilizes the traditional 10 x 3-minute round format to build the conditioning and confidence of a true contender.
What You Will Master:
This is a drills and skills class, not a sparring session. You will be coached through time-tested, professionally proven techniques used in the golden age of boxing, focusing on:
Footwork & Balance: Learn the foundational movement and positioning essential for offense and defense.
Basic Punching & Combinations: Perfecting the jab, cross, hook, and uppercut, and linking them together efficiently.
Defensive Skills: Mastering slips, rolls, and blocks—the art of hitting without getting hit.
Ring Craft & Strategy: Understanding angles, distance, and controlling the pace of the fight (applies to sparring and life!).
Training Tools:
You will rotate through the essential tools of the trade, including focused work on:
The Heavy Bag: Building power, endurance, and proper form.
The Double-End Bag: Sharpening timing, accuracy, and rhythm.
Focus Mitts: Working with a coach or partner to refine speed and defensive reactions.
Your Outcome: A massive fitness challenge paired with genuine skill progression. This is where you earn your cardio and your confidence.

A non-refundable fee charged once upon initial sign-up for all monthly members

Student Discount: Full-time students receive 10-15% off monthly fees (valid ID required).
Private Sessions: Book a 35-Minute Mitt Session ($45) for immediate, focused skill acceleration with one of our expert coaches.
