Master the Craft. Build the Engine

Learn the ABC's of Boxing in our signature class focused entirely on mastering the fundamentals and ring craft that separate gym-goers from genuine practitioners. Designed for fitness enthusiasts and beginners, this class utilizes the traditional 10 x 3-minute round format to build the conditioning and confidence of a true contender.

What You Will Master:

This is a drills and skills class, not a sparring session. You will be coached through time-tested, professionally proven techniques used in the golden age of boxing, focusing on:

  • Footwork & Balance: Learn the foundational movement and positioning essential for offense and defense.

  • Basic Punching & Combinations: Perfecting the jab, cross, hook, and uppercut, and linking them together efficiently.

  • Defensive Skills: Mastering slips, rolls, and blocks—the art of hitting without getting hit.

  • Ring Craft & Strategy: Understanding angles, distance, and controlling the pace of the fight (applies to sparring and life!).

Training Tools:

You will rotate through the essential tools of the trade, including focused work on:

  • The Heavy Bag: Building power, endurance, and proper form.

  • The Double-End Bag: Sharpening timing, accuracy, and rhythm.

  • Focus Mitts: Working with a coach or partner to refine speed and defensive reactions.


Your Outcome: A massive fitness challenge paired with genuine skill progression. This is where you earn your cardio and your confidence.

This fee goes to gym administration, professional affiliations, fighter sponsorship and corner supplies. *MMA Grappling when available requires an additional $50 fee at sign-up and yearly on August 1st.  


We honor hard work and education:

  • Student Discount: Full-time students receive 10-15% off monthly fees (valid ID required).

  • Private Sessions: Book a 35-Minute Mitt Session ($45) for immediate, focused skill acceleration with one of our expert coaches.
